I was fortunate to play for Defensive Coordinator Chris Jones in Montreal. Chris is currently coaching for the Cleveland Browns. Chris was one of the best I’ve ever had the pleasure of playing for. He was sharp as a knife and knew exactly what type of player we needed on defense. He only cared about 3 things: your work ethic, effort, and production. As a player you spend a crazy amount of time together. Film, practice, and training. Complainers and negativity were never tolerated. We all came from different backgrounds and upbringings. When we took the field nothing mattered, but the game. It was a unique energy and attitude developed by a special group of men.
