I met Eddie Owens over 15 years ago and immediately connected with his attitude and great energy. A native of Boston, Massachusetts, he’s absolutely one of the most kind and caring individuals you will ever meet. I’ve been fortunate to work with and rehab him through two tough injuries. He’s a worker and always goes out of his way to help others. The friendship we’ve formed over the years has been nothing short of a gift. He’s always been hugely supportive and given me wonderful advice on life. He and his family have treated me like one of their own since the day we met. In this clip Eddie gives his thoughts on parenting and growing up with someone to look up to.
It was a privilege to get his perspective for the Just A Kid From Fall River documentary. Thank you Eddie for your friendship and taking time to be a part of this film project.
