I have a great deal of respect for Chris Paciello . Yes, he’s been a awesome business partner, but he also leads by example. Most people want the praise and the applause, but don’t want to go through the stuff that isn’t glamorous away from the bright lights. The night before we opened I saw something special that most people do not know.
As we set up Anatomy at 1220 we found ourselves inside a dumpster attempting to smash down all the trash to clear the parking lot. We remained inside that dumpster until the early morning hours. He didn’t flinch. Working with his head down with zero rest. At that point I realized we had more in common than I thought, and appreciated how fortunate I was to be partnered with Chris. It’s hard to find people who will do whatever it takes to make things happen. He does exactly that.
