I’m fortunate to surround myself with a very small group of special people. Shareef Malnik is certainly one of them. The most powerful trait these people possess is consistency. This trait is strong with their family, friends, and work. It’s also the toughest to maintain. Consistency has been something I work on daily. It’s hard getting up each and every day to work hard toward something. There are so few who can do it. There are even less people who want to do it. They prefer a shortcut and negotiate with themselves when they're challenged. This is the most important time in any journey. Shareef’s consistency in training and life makes him who he is.
